Riders on the Storm

Yesterday afternoon I spotted this storm front coming in from the West so I quickly drove to the lookout in Anglesea to photograph the clouds as they rolled down the coast. Arriving at the lookout I realised that I was in the wrong spot AND I should have grabbed my drone!

Back in the car and back home to get the drone.

Now thats a better view from 100m up and out beyond Point Roadknight!

I took a series of of panoramas, the first a 4 shot vertical panorama and the second I decided to go BIG!!! A 39 shot panorama across 3 levels of the scene and all stitched together. 13 shots of the sky, 13 shots of the land and then 13 shots of the foreground…YEP it was time consuming but I think it was worth it.
